1. Discount for large or single-parent families

Large or single-parent families who present a valid family record book or a general/special large family card, along with a national ID (DNI) or foreigner identification number (NIE), will receive a 30% discount on the standard admission price. Tickets must be purchased at the park ticket office.

2. Discount for State Security Forces

Members of the State Security Forces may enjoy a 30 % discount on the general ticket price. Valid for the cardholder and up to 4 companions. Available only at ticket offices upon presentation of accreditation.

3. Aqualandia ticket prices

Ticket-office price (1-day ticket):
  • Adults: €41
  • Reduced (4–12 years and 65+): €33
Online price (1-day ticket):
  • Adults: €37
  • Reduced (4–12 years and 65+): €30

4. Disability discount

People with a disability degree of 33 % or more, upon accreditation, have access to a reduced price:
  • Ticket: €22 (adult or reduced)
  • One companion may enter at the same price. Tickets available exclusively at ticket offices.
One companion at the same price of 21€.

5. Do I need to print the tickets?

No, you can show them directly from your mobile device.

Yes, we have lockers from €7 to store your belongings.

2. What type of water is used?

The water at Aqualandia is salty, extracted from our own wells. It is treated and recycled through advanced treatment systems.

1. Can you eat in the park?

Yes. We have several food outlets with menus priced between €10 and €15 per person. You may also bring your own food (glass containers are not allowed). A picnic area is available.

2. Are there height restrictions?

Most attractions require a minimum height of 1.20 m.
Younger children can enjoy the children’s area, pools, or the Mini Zig-Zag when accompanied by an adult. Check minimum heights here: /atracciones/

3. Is there a Fast Pass service?

No. We do not offer a Fast Pass or express queue service.

4. Can you wear water shoes?

Yes, in recreational pool areas—but not on the slides.

5. Are animals allowed?

Animals are not permitted. For your convenience, we recommend canine daycare services such as Caraby.

6. What clothing is allowed on attractions?

  • Allowed: swimsuits, form-fitting lycra garments.
  • Not allowed: denim clothing, garments with zippers or fasteners on the back.
  • Burkini: allowed if made of lycra and form-fitting.
  • Socks: only lycra or cotton, without gripping elements on the sole.
  • Water shoes: not allowed on slides.
  • If you wear footwear, it must be removed or securely fastened to your wrists.
  • Authorized garments must not include any elements that could hinder descent or damage the slides.
